21.0 GAME SHEETS (House and Novice)
i) League and Playoff Games:
a. The home association must report the game score and uploaded the game sheets at the same time through the District Three website by the Wednesday (before 4 pm) following the game. All scans must be legible. (A single, clear copy of the complete gamesheet must be attached through the District Three website - game reporting).
b. Failure to follow 21 i) shall result in a fine of $25.00 per infraction.
c. District 3 Conveners must send a bill at each end of the month to the associations with the infractions.
ii) The original game sheets will be the responsibility of each association to keep in a safe and secure place. All coaching staff /president is responsible to bring to any district or HEO minor hearing or appeal the original game sheets.
